(Fast-Track Admission for Students from La Salle and La Salle-Supervised Schools)
Green Express is your fast track to becoming a Lasallian health professional! This special admission program gives applicants from any La Salle or La Salle-supervised school the privilege of being exempted from the DLSMHSI Entrance Exam — making your journey to DLSMHSI smoother and faster.
Note:
- Applicants who have already selected the entrance exam schedule should include their entrance exam schedule in their email so that we can remove them from the exam schedule.
- Interview, reservation of slots and/or early enrollment shall start on the 1st batch of Entrance Examinations (January).
- Green Express is only applicable to incoming regular applicants
(for transferees and 2nd course takers, please follow the instructions on this
link)
PRELIMINARIES
1. Fill out the Online Application Form and follow the instructions given.
2. Pay the non-refundable/non-transferable application fee of
Php 1,000.00 (for Filipino applicants) or $125.00 (for foreign applicants) through Dragonpay (see the
link for the bank details and
video for the payment procedures).
Note: If you haven’t received your Official Receipt from our cashier, you may contact them directly for updates by emailing
proofofpayment@dlsmhsi.edu.ph or by calling (6346) 481-8000 (Cavite line) or (632) 8988-3100 local 1433 (Manila line).
3. Email the following requirements to

a. Official Receipt of the application fee from the cashier.
b. Latest available grades
- Grade 9 or 10 - for incoming senior high)
- Grade 11 or 12 - for incoming undergraduate)
(Grades downloaded from the school portal will do).

4. Once you receive a confirmation email, log in to your Applicant Portal and select your preferred interview date (for BS Nursing, BS Pharmacy, BS Radiologic Technology, BS Nuclear Medicine Technology, and BS Biochemistry applicants only).

BS Occupational Therapy, and
BS Speech-Language Pathology applicants, you can directly proceed to the next step.

Qualified applicants shall receive an Acceptance Letter from TRASTS through your portal with the link for the complete instructions on the next step
