Can I take the Doctor of Medicine program immediately after Senior High School?
No. One of the main requirements for the Doctor of Medicine program is a bachelor’s degree. You can choose from DLSMHSI’s available programs* to help you prepare for your medical journey!
Is there a bridging program if my senior high strand is not aligned with my chosen course?
Yes, DLSMHSI offers a bridging program. While optional, it is highly recommended for students who did not come from the STEM strand. This program helps address any missing competencies through a series of classes, ensuring a strong foundation before starting an undergraduate program.
The bridging program is customized based on the student’s chosen course and will not be graded or affect their application to DLSMHSI.

Admissions
How can I apply for admission to DLSMHSI?
Steps:
1.1 Fill out the online application form and follow the instructions.
1.2. Pay the non-refundable and non-transferable College Admission Test (CAT) fee:
₱500.00 (Filipino applicants) / $125.00 (Foreign applicants) via Dragonpay
Click here for payment details.
1.3 3. After receiving your official receipt, log in to your account and choose your preferred entrance examination date.
Pay the ₱600.00 processing fee via Dragonpay after selecting your course.
Once you receive your official receipt, access your applicant portal to choose your interview schedule.
₱300.00 rescheduling fee applies if needed.
1.5 Wait 1-2 days after your interview or contact The Registrar – Admissions, Scholarships and Testing Section (TRASTS) for your final evaluation result.
1.6 Secure your Acceptance Letter from TRASTS through your portal and bring all required documents for screening and evaluation.

Can I take the entrance exam online?
Online Entrance Exam is available for applicants outside Cavite.
Please email your full name, temporary ID number reflected on your admissions portal, and complete home address to:
[email protected] for incoming Senior High School applicants
[email protected] for incoming Undergraduate applicants
Note: Slots are limited and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to approval.
Can I do the admissions interview online?
Applicants for Biochemistry, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, and Nuclear Medicine Technology may request an online interview by messaging DLSMHSI Interview on Facebook.
Include the following details in your message:
- Full Name
- ID Number
- Program Applied For
Note: Only applicants from outside Cavite are eligible for an online interview.
How can I get a school-issued receipt for my admission-related online payments?

When is the deadline for submitting the scholarship application form?
The Registrar – Admissions, Scholarships, and Testing Section (TRAST) will announce the deadline for scholarship applications.

When will I know the result of my scholarship application?
You will receive a notification via email from the Scholarship Office regarding your application status.
You may also check updates on Colleges' Student Council social media pages.
Other Services
Does DLSMHSI offer language proficiency support for foreign students?
Yes, DLSMHSI provides a language proficiency program tailored for foreign students. This program is included in the foreign transaction fee paid by students.
May I request a campus tour?
Yes, you can request a campus tour by emailing [email protected].
For walk-in tours, please note that the maximum capacity is 10 people.
Are there dormitories available for students within the school premises?
Dormitories within the school premises are part of DLSMHSI’s future development plans. For updates on lodging options, follow us on Facebook.
