3. After receiving your confirmation email, pay the non-refundable / non-transferable Admissions Processing Fee of Php 600.00 (for Filipino applicants) or $125.00 (for foreign applicants) through Dragonpay (see link for the bank details and video for the payment procedures).

4. After receiving your Official Receipt from our cashier, log in to the applicant’s portal and choose your preferred interview schedule.

5. Please read the written guidelines and other important details provided in preparation for your entrance examination.

• For applicants to BS Biochemistry, BS Nursing, BS Radiologic Technology, and BS Nuclear Medicine Technology, kindly send a message to our official Facebook account (DLSMHSI Interview) to schedule an online interview. Please include your full name, ID number, and the program you are applying for. Kindly note that only applicants residing outside Cavite are eligible to request an online interview.

• A rescheduling fee of Php 300.00 shall be paid if the applicant fails to attend or wishes to reschedule their entrance examination (click here for rescheduling procedures).

6. Check the applicant’s portal 1-2 days after your interview or contact The Registrar - Admissions, Scholarships and Testing Section (TRASTS) for the final result of the evaluation.

Secure the Acceptance Letter from TRASTS through the applicant’s portal, which contains the link for complete instructions on the next steps, should the applicant pass all the screening and evaluation criteria.
