The Office of Academic Partnership and External Relations (APER) is the strategic hub for fostering institutional linkages and international collaborations at De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute. APER plays a key role in advancing the institution’s internationalization agenda by building academic networks, facilitating student and faculty mobility, and cultivating meaningful partnerships that contribute to global education and engagement.
OBJECTIVES
Promote and support the internationalization of academic programs.
Monitor local and international academic partnerships and collaborations.
Provide opportunities for intercultural exchange and global engagement.
Align academic partnerships with the institution’s mission of “Nurturing Life.”

Academic Affiliations and Engagements Unit (AAEU):
Develops and manages Memoranda of Agreement (MOA), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), and other institutional collaborations with academic and non-academic partners.
International Student Mobility and Global Partnerships Unit (ISMGPU):
Facilitates outbound and inbound student mobility, exchange programs, international internships, and academic immersions.
International Certificate and Co-Curricular Programs:

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver short-term programs that build students’ global competencies.
Online International Course Offerings:
Enhances access to global education through online platforms, offering international academic courses and joint online learning initiatives.
